・今日でリゾートバイト12日目

・3回目の休み

・気を抜くと一瞬で日が過ぎていく

【仕事に関して】

・新しくラーメンハウスとマウンテンカフェのオープン準備を教わった

・あとマウンテンカフェの厨房の仕事とクローズの作業（何でレストランサービスで入ったのに厨房やらされてんだ笑）

・とりあえず人が足りてなくてあらゆるところの仕事を覚えさせられている

・あと朝バイキングのセッティングも教わった

・頭やメモじゃ絶対に覚えきれないから全部動画をダンにとってもらったので2人で見返してGoodNote5にまとめてたらあっという間に数日経ってた

・ここ2,3日左目の充血が止まらない（ストレス？疲れ？）

・明日から来客数が170人(今までの2倍)くらいになってくるから気を引き締めねば

【人間関係】

・また新しく2人の新人さんが入ってきた

・みんな個性が強いからいろいろバチバチしそうで怖い

・初期メンバーでプチクリスマス会をやった

・所属が違くてあんまり話す機会がなかったからいい機会だった

目標について(10)

・まずは引き続きリゾバの仕事を完璧にして安定させたい

・できれば今年中で持ち場とシフトが固定化して欲しい

Reflection on the Day

Regarding Part-Time Jobs (10)

Today marks the 12th day of my resort job.
It's my third day off.
Time flies in the blink of an eye if you let your guard down.

【About the Job】

Learned about the opening preparations for the new Ramen House and Mountain Cafe.
Also, tasked with kitchen work at the Mountain Cafe and closing duties (why am I, who entered for restaurant service, doing kitchen work, lol).
Currently, there's a shortage of staff, so I'm being taught various tasks from all around.
Also learned the morning buffet setup.
Since I can't remember everything with just notes and my head, Dan recorded all the tasks, and we reviewed them together. Before I knew it, several days had passed.
For the past 2-3 days, my left eye has been constantly red (stress? fatigue?).
From tomorrow, the number of guests is expected to increase to around 170 people (twice as much as before), so I need to brace myself.

【Relationships】

Two new rookies joined.
Everyone has strong personalities, so it seems there might be clashes, which is a bit intimidating.
Had a small Christmas gathering with the initial team.
It was a good opportunity since we didn't have many chances to talk due to different affiliations.

About Goals (10)

First and foremost, I want to perfect my resort job and stabilize it.
If possible, I'd like my position and shift to be fixed by the end of the year.

リゾバのこと(10)

・今日でリゾートバイト9日目

【仕事に関して】

・今まではコースっぽい和洋セットメニューだったけど、お客さんの入りが増えてきたのでバイキングが昨日から始まった

・今日は初マウンテン昼食堂と初夜バイキング仕事

・マウンテンの仕事は単純だけどお客さんが多いから早く仕分けないとどんどん列が連なって混雑しちゃう

・バイキング自体の仕事もコース料理提供みたいなマルチタスクじゃなくて、基本空いた料理皿を片付けて新しい料理を補充する単純な仕事だった

・ダンが昨日のシフトで準備の動画を撮ってくれていたのでそれを見ながら準備の方も社員さんなしでこなせた

【人間関係】

・新しく若い子(22,23くらい)がレストランに2人入ってきた

・2人いる社員さんのうち1人がご家族の病気の看病で休んでいてしばらく戻ってこれないから、その分俺やダンに聞いてくることも多くなると思う

・後輩に仕事を教えるの慣れていないから頑張らないと

目標について(10)

・バイキングとバーの仕事で1時くらいから夜までの固定シフトになって安定すればルーティンを固めてフリーランスの方に時間が使えるようになるけど、まだバイキングも始まったばかりで慣れてないし、マウンテンの仕事も任されるし、バーは社員さんの方が手一杯でいつ始まるかわからないしでなかなか予定が立てにくい

・今年いっぱいはまだホテルの仕事に集中しないといけなそう

Regarding Part-Time Jobs (10)

Today marks the 8th day of my resort part-time job.

【About the Job】

Until now, the menu mainly consisted of course-like Japanese and Western set meals, but due to an increase in customers, a buffet-style service started yesterday.
Today, I worked for the first time at the mountain lunch cafeteria and the evening buffet.
While the mountain job is simple, the large number of customers requires quick sorting; otherwise, queues quickly form, leading to congestion.
The buffet work itself is not a multitasking task like serving course meals; it's a simple job of clearing empty plates and replenishing with new dishes.
Dan recorded a preparation video during yesterday's shift, so I was able to manage the preparations without the presence of staff by watching that.

【Relationships】

Two new young individuals (around 22-23 years old) joined the restaurant.
One of the two employees is currently on leave due to caring for a family member's illness and might not return for a while. As a result, I anticipate more questions directed towards me and Dan.
Teaching work to juniors is unfamiliar to me, so I need to put in effort.

About Goals (10)

If I can stabilize my fixed shift from around 1 pm to night with buffet and bar duties, I can establish a routine and have more time for freelancing. However, since the buffet has just started, I'm not yet accustomed to it, I'm handling mountain duties, and the bar is uncertain due to the employees' workload, scheduling remains challenging.
It seems I need to focus on hotel work for the rest of the year.

一日の振り返り

毎日考える習慣を作るためにブログを書こうと思う

リゾバのこと(10)

文章を書くのに慣れていないのでまずは箇条書きで思ったことを書いていく

・今日でリゾートバイト8日目

・今日は2回目のお休みデイ

【仕事先】

・リゾバ先は青森県のRockwood Hotel & Spa

・宮城から新幹線とバスで3時間くらい

・冬は岩木山のスキー上で賑わうホテル

・客室寮と3食が無料で着いて時給が1500円なのが魅力

・基本空いた時間は今後の勉強に使う。けど、せっかくスキー場にいるので何回かスノボしたいな（たしか派遣社員は無料で板とリフトが使えるとか）

・21:30以降はホテルの温泉も使えるから温泉好きのおじいちゃんとしては嬉しい（昨日初めて入ったけど最高だった、ゆっくり一人になれるのがいい笑）

・3ヶ月で今後の初期資金をしっかりと貯めて弟と目標に向かって生きたい

【仕事について】

・3年間あまり社会と属していなかったので最初はホテルの裏方業務から始める予定だったが、いろいろ今後のことを考えるのに時間がかかってしまい、最終的にレストランサービスの業務しか選択肢がなくなってしまった

・社会復帰でいきなり接客の業務＋マルチタスクでやっていけるか心配だったけど、毎日教わったことをiPadにまとめて予習復習をすることで、教わったことをしっかり自ら行動できていると思う

【人間関係】

・前もリゾートバイトをしたけど、いつの間にか同じ派遣のスタッフの年齢が自分よりも下の子の方が多いことにびっくりした。カップル参加も多いことにもびっくり。

・自分の性格的に自分の知らないことや経験していないことを聞ける年上の方と仲良くなるのがすごく充実していて楽だった

・今は仕事内容に年齢は関係ないとはいえ、仕事のしかたや自分のふるまいに年齢のフィルターがつけられて見られているんだろうなって意識になった

目標について(10)

・リゾバのお金の目標は休まなければ達成できる（今年はお客さんが多いらしいから出勤日が減ることもなさそう）

・フリーランスでやっていく仕事の方の目標は、早くリゾバの仕事を安定させて空いた時間をしっかりそちらに注ぎたい

・3年間自分たちのことで本当に精一杯だった

・ただただ自分も含めて家族が生きれるために考えて行ったことがいろんなものが組み合わさって大きなことになってしまった

・そんななかでLINEやSNSでの人間関係も無くなっていったし、唯一信頼できる少数の人たちとも、正直関係が続いていない

・時間や感情のコントロールができない状態が続いてたから、連絡を取るのがすごく億劫になっていたけど、本当はみんなに会いたいし、どう過ごしてるのか気になっている

・みんな幸せに充実して暮らせていることを願っている

・今は自分たちが未熟だったのも含めて現実可能な目標から一つ一つ組み上げていこうと弟と決めた

・弟とリゾバで仕事をするのも最初の一歩

・今までにやったことも責任も含めて一歩一歩

初日は時間使って書きすぎるのが3日坊主のあるあるだよね

時間なくても一言でも毎日続けることをこれから大切にしていきたい

I'm thinking about starting a blog to cultivate the habit of reflecting every day.

Regarding Part-Time Jobs (10)

Since I'm not accustomed to writing, I'll start by jotting down my thoughts in bullet points.

Today marks the 8th day of my resort part-time job.
Today is my second day off.

【Workplace】

The resort job is at Rockwood Hotel & Spa in Aomori Prefecture.
It takes about 3 hours by Shinkansen and bus from Miyagi.
In winter, it's a hotel bustling with activity on the ski slopes of Mount Iwaki.
Accommodation and three meals are provided for free, and the hourly wage is 1,500 yen, which is attractive.
I plan to use my free time for future studies. However, since I'm at a ski resort, I'd like to try snowboarding a few times (I think temporary staff can use boards and lifts for free).
After 9:30 PM, I can also use the hotel's hot springs, which makes me, as a hot springs enthusiast, happy (I tried it for the first time yesterday, and it was amazing; it's nice to be able to relax alone haha).
In the next three months, I want to save up a solid initial capital for the future and live towards my goals with my younger brother.

【About the Job】

Having not been part of society for over three years, I initially planned to start with behind-the-scenes hotel work. However, it took time to consider various future possibilities, and ultimately, restaurant service was the only option left.
I was worried about suddenly entering customer service and multitasking during my social reintegration. However, by summarizing and reviewing what I learned every day on my iPad, I feel that I can confidently perform what I was taught.

【Relationships】

I've done resort part-time jobs before, but I was surprised to find that many of the same agency staff are younger than me. I was also surprised by the number of couples participating.
Due to my personality, it was very fulfilling and easy to become friends with older people who can ask about things and experiences I don't know about.
Although age shouldn't matter in job content now, I became aware that there might be age filters on how my work and behavior are perceived.

About Goals (10)

The financial goal of the resort job seems achievable if I don't take breaks (there seem to be many customers this year, so the number of working days may not decrease).
For the freelance work, my goal is to stabilize the resort job quickly and focus my free time on that.
We did our best for ourselves for the past three years.
The things I did, simply to ensure that my family, including myself, could survive, ended up combining into various elements and, ultimately, led to something much larger than our capabilities warranted.
Amidst all this, relationships on LINE and SNS disappeared, and honestly, relationships with the few people I can trust have not been maintained.
Because I couldn't control time and emotions, it became very burdensome to reach out, but I really want to see everyone and I'm curious about how they're doing.
I hope everyone is living happily and fulfilling lives.
Now, including the fact that we were immature, my brother and I have decided to build up achievable goals step by step.
Working with my brother in the resort job is just the first step.
Everything we've done and the responsibilities we've taken on, one step at a time.

The first day is often spent writing too much, and it's a common trend to quit after three days. Even if there's not much time, I want to cherish the habit of continuing to write a few words every day from now on.
